Installation and Support Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage project development from inception to closure
  • Provide project schedule for performance of each task
  • Work with installation and support team to manage implementations
  • Communicate with end-user (client) on milestones and expectations
  • Manage and motivate a team of Technical Support Consultants
  • Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical support
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Qualifications

  • College degree in business or related field or extensive industry experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics SL or similar accounting package is highly desired
  • Experience in the Retail Inventory or Wholesale Fuel environments a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
