On-Site Training
From Day 1, our training experts help CMI clients set up systems and provide on-site training on everything from file maintenance to daily processing, POS interfaces, management reporting, tax reporting, and monthly financial reporting. Our trainers work with you to configure your system to meet your particular business needs. 

Introductory & Advanced Training
CMI provides both pre-installation and post-installation training classes. CMI clients may attend both introductory and advanced classes at CMI’s education center in Charlotte, NC or, periodically, classes will be held in cities throughout the United States. Check our User Forum page to see if there are currently any classes scheduled in your area.

Our introductory classes familiarize new CMI clients with the software applications away from the distractions of their offices. Our clients find the classes provide an excellent venue for learning to be more efficient with our state-of-the-art software applications.

Advanced training courses are designed to focus on specific aspects of c-store management and to instruct users on establishing more effective processes and procedures.  CMI’s advanced courses are designed for experienced users who are familiar with the basic operations of CMI software products, but who wish to expand their knowledge further.
