Free Friday Webinars

Twice a month, CMI hosts a Free Friday Webinar. Ranging in topic, these webinars are the perfect way to gain useful tips and best practice methods in condensed 30min - 1hr online sessions. You are allowed to pick and choose just the subjects you are interested in and, best of all, they are completely free!

Training Classes

CMI clients may attend group training classes at CMI’s education center in Charlotte, NC or, periodically, classes will be held in cities throughout the United States.

Our introductory classes familiarize new CMI clients with the software applications away from the distractions of their offices. Our clients find the classes provide an excellent venue for learning to be more efficient with our state-of-the-art software applications.

 Advanced training courses are designed to focus on specific aspects of c-store management and to instruct users on establishing more effective processes and procedures. CMI’s advanced courses are designed for experienced users who are familiar with the basic operations of CMI software products, but who wish to expand their knowledge further

Share & Compare Events

Share & Compare events are similar to our group training classes, but offer a more user-centric experience. Designed specifically for attendees, these intimate round tables encourage discussion and allow users to share (as well as gain) expertise in CMI software products. Led by a moderator, attendees are encouraged to exchange ideas with each other and compare best practices in order to expand knowledge and expertise.
