Learning any new task can be daunting. That is where CMI’s experienced Training and Installation team comes in. From pre-installation to years after implementation, our trainers are available step-by-step to provide clients with individualized attention and the ability to take their c-store operation to the next level.

On-Site Training

From Day 1, our training experts help CMI clients set up systems and provide on-site training on everything from file maintenance to daily processing, POS interfaces, management reporting, tax reporting, and monthly financial reporting. Our trainers work with you to configure your system to meet your individualized business needs.










Introductory & Advanced Training

Continued education is key to staying up-to-date on all of the new features that are continually added to our products. Whether you are a new client just starting out or a seasoned PBM™ user, we have multiple training opportunities available to suit your needs.

Group Classes. CMI clients may attend both introductory and advanced classes at CMI’s education center in Charlotte, NC or, periodically, classes will be held in cities throughout the United States. Check our Events page to see if there are currently any classes scheduled in your area.

Our introductory classes familiarize new CMI clients with the software applications away from the distractions of their offices. Our clients find the classes provide an excellent venue for learning to be more efficient with our state-of-the-art software applications.

Advanced training courses are designed to focus on specific aspects of c-store management and to instruct users on establishing more effective processes and procedures. CMI’s advanced courses are designed for experienced users who are familiar with the basic operations of CMI software products, but who wish to expand their knowledge further.

Webinars. Don’t have time to block out an entire day (or two!) for training? CMI webinars are the perfect way to gain useful tips and best practice methods in condensed 1-2hr online sessions. Topics vary and you are free to pick and choose just the subjects you are interested in. Information regarding any upcoming webinars are available on our Events page.

Individual Training. If you are looking for a fully customized, in-depth training session, Individual Training can be arranged. These classes are held at your location and can be attended by as many employees as you choose at no additional cost. Using your company’s specific data, our training consultant will guide attendees through a pre-determined, customized course guide focusing only on their needs at an aptitude at their level.
